Our Factory has been operating in 6000 m2 covered and 20.000 closed area which is

located in Organized Industry Zone in Konya. Our factory consists of two main

sections, including Machining and Foundry and has been serving the automotive

supply industry.

Our main production is Brake Drum and Brake Disc for heavy Duty Vehicle such as

Truck, Trailer and Bus. We introduce our products to domestic and external market!

Our Brake Drum and Discs are made of Grey Cast iron (GG25 – GG35) and Sphero

Cast Iron (GGG42 – GGG100) and also Cast Steel is available in our Foundry.

Casting furnace capacity is 4 tons per hour and 2 pieces of molding Line CT6 brand

of Automatic molding machine is available in our Casting facility. Also Sand Mixers

and Sand Control Laboratories which is controlling the synthetic sand features are

integrated with the Automatic molding system! And pallet Conveyor system is also

used in our Foundry.

Casting and machining process is controlled continuously by our Quality Control

Department in the Laboratories which is located in our Factory by our experienced

staff.

The Quality of KAMSA products are certified by TS EN ISO 9001-2008 quality certificate.

Our high quality products are introduced to the internal and external market
